The 2008 Santa Clara Historic Home Tour is scheduled for two days,  Friday, December 5 (6-10 PM) and Saturday, December 6 (12 noon-5 PM).

This always-popular home tour began 30 years ago and is co-sponsored by the Harris-Lass House Museum and the Old Quad Residents' Association.  Proceeds benefit historic preservation projects and non-profit groups in the City of Santa Clara, California.  Last year's tour benefited the Harris-Lass House Museum, the City's Historic Preservation Fund, the Carmelite Monastery for building maintenance projects, the Railroad Museum, Home Safe Santa Clara, Habitat for Humanity Silicon Valley and the Santa Clara City Library for an online subscription to the Historical San Jose Mercury News (1886-1922).
